Cultivating calm, one cup at a time
We work directly with small-scale growers, roast in short batches, and serve every cup with the time it deserves. CULTIVO is a simple space to slow down.
Coffee with a name and a story
CULTIVO was born from traveling to the farms and meeting the people who grow the bean. We choose every lot in person, pay a fair price, and roast it ourselves — so the origin shows in the cup.
The origin, in every method
We choose the brewing method that best tells each lot's story — from a quick espresso to a slow, contemplative pour-over.
Signature Espresso
Espresso, cortado, and flat white with our own blends, crafted to bring out the bean's natural sweetness.
Single-Origin Pour-Overs
V60, Chemex, and French press, brewed in front of you for single-origin lots.
Farm-to-Cup Cold Brew
Steeped cold for 20 hours with a rotating single origin: smooth, sweet, and free of harsh acidity.
Origin Cuppings
Guided cuppings once a month to learn the story behind every farm we work with.
Seasonal Bakery
Baked goods made with local flours that change with what the season offers.
Slow Breakfast
Toasts, bowls, and plant-based options, served all morning, no rush.
A place designed to stay
Light wood, plants everywhere, and an open bar where you can watch the coffee roast.

What our visitors say
The most balanced espresso I've had in a long time — you can tell they work directly with the grower.
I come to read on Saturday mornings — the natural light and the calm of this place aren't easy to find elsewhere.
The origin cupping they held one Sunday changed the way I drink coffee.
The single-origin cold brew is on another level, and they always tell you which farm it's from.
